After years of searching for a genuine hobby, I found my passion when I joined and eventually became the head of the Costumes, Makeup, and Hair crew in my High School's Theatre company. I knew I had a knack for beauty ever since I started experimenting with hair color in 7th grade, but I had no idea what would come out of that curiosity.

       I thank my love for an edgier, alternative style for my growth in makeup artistry. The bold makeup sucked me in and although my thick and uneven winged eyeliner and mohawk didn't look the best, it certainly sparked my immediate love and interest in makeup artistry itself. From then on, I have worked on several theatrical productions, films, photo shoots, fashion shows, weddings, special events, and so much more than I could've ever dreamed of. In the beginning of my Junior year at Columbia College Chicago, I decided to switch my major from Theatre Design to an Interdisciplinary major in Film and Theatre, which led to me working on countless school productions and projects doing hair and makeup.

        As I continue my journey with Makeup Artistry, I continue to meet new people and experience new things through my art. Even after graduating in 2021, I continue to learn in every way that I can and mentor others as well along the way.
